We are committed to building a more prosperous and greener Qu\u00e9bec, with an effective health care system and a school network that will provide our young people with all the tools they need to succeed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Building on the trust that Quebecers have placed in us, we are presenting a committed plan to meet the needs of the population while developing our economy to its highest potential. We are introducing one of the largest tax cuts in Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s history. This is a strong commitment from our government, which we are proud to honour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This budget is a budget for all Quebecers.
